Ferrari 250 GT SWB 1959
Oneshot photographed in the Staud Studios Leonberg, 1986
The Ferrari 250 GT SWB was long regarded as the most valuable collector’s car of all time, and would probably fetch even more today than the current number 1, the Uhlenhaut. Because what was unbeatable was the Highline, the line above the entire vehicle: reduced exposure with the Magic-flash® lighting system with really only one light source on what was then really only a single film. A unique one-shot: no retouching, no reworking, no double exposure, no tricks.
