CASINO ROYALE
Casino Royale
Aston Martin DB 5, 1963
Photographed at Staud Studios Leonberg, 2013
This picture was taken for the film Casino Royale in memory of Mads Mikkelsen, who personally greeted Aston Martin’s premiere guests at the Casino in Berlin and gave a glimpse behind the scenes of the production in small talk. The DB5 in Skyfall is said to be the car that James Bond won in the film Casino Royale, whether the example shown here appeared in both films is not known, but it is certain that this motif is emblazoned on 2 voluminous books, the “The Aston Martin Book” from 2014 and on the “Revised Edition” from 2022.
